Job summary

Sodexo Live! in Nashville seeks a dynamic Lead Stewarding Manager to oversee the dish room, storage, and nonfood areas across the stadium. You will lead a diverse stewarding team, maintain top-tier cleanliness and equipment care, and manage inventory and distribution of banqueting items to support banquet and culinary operations.

Collaborating with the Culinary Leadership Team, you’ll ensure seamless guest experiences and uphold safety standards in a fast-paced stadium environment.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• Management experience: 2 years.
• Related experience: 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Stewarding Department and oversee the nonfood production areas of the kitchen.
• Manage the dish room, storage spaces, and utility areas with high standards of cleanliness and equipment care.
• Oversee inventory, organization and distribution of banqueting items (china, silver, glassware, linen).
• Guide a diverse stewarding team and ensure efficient workflow across the kitchen.
• Partner with Culinary Leadership to support outstanding food preparation and service.
