Job summary

LeoForce seeks a Stack Testing Engineer to support industrial air emissions testing, source sampling, and technical analysis. The role blends fieldwork with data analysis and report preparation, collaborating with industrial facilities to ensure testing complies with regulatory requirements.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 2+ years of relevant experience, and willingness to travel. EPA methods knowledge and proficiency with Excel are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in stack testing or emissions testing preferred.
• Knowledge of EPA stationary source test methods and air quality regulations.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and oversee stack testing and emissions sampling at industrial facilities.
• Test smokestacks, exhaust systems, boilers, furnaces, engines, and other emission sources.
• Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot emissions testing equipment.
• Analyze test data, perform emissions calculations, and review results for accuracy.
• Prepare technical reports, sampling documentation, and testing records.
• Work directly with clients, facility personnel, laboratories, and regulatory agencies.
• Travel regularly to industrial facilities, including overnight travel.
