Qualifications

• 15+ years in power conversion and led an SST or MV converter program at major research or industry labs.
• Owned converter topology selection and semiconductor strategy at MW scale.
• Led converter development teams from architecture to working hardware.
• Written program plans and defended schedules with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Architect SST end-to-end topology and semiconductor strategy with defendable trade-offs.
• Lead power electronics, magnetics, and controls engineers from architecture to hardware.
• Define interfaces with MVDC systems and precise SST-system boundaries.
• Build the program plan and prototype roadmap and decide on build-vs-partner.
• Develop vendor and university partnerships to secure devices, test capacity, and expertise.
