Qualifications

• 15+ years in power conversion with SST/MV converter program experience at major labs or companies.
• Led converter topology selection and semiconductor strategy for MW-scale systems.
• Managed wiring of architecture to working hardware with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead power electronics, magnetics, and controls engineers from architecture to hardware.
• Own SST system interface with MVDC teams, defining boundaries and behavior.
• Create the program plan, prototype roadmap, and partner strategy.
• Develop vendor and university partnerships to secure devices and test capacity.
