Object Technology Solutions, Inc. (OTSI) has an immediate opening for a Customer Systems Engineer 3 in Colorado. The role focuses on independently conducting customer-focused system validation for enterprise SSD products, owning end-to-end validation for assigned platforms.

You will set up environments, analyze results, develop validation tests, and provide guidance across teams. The position requires 5+ years of related experience and offers mentorship on project validation.

Qualifications

Independently plan and complete customer-specific SSD/system validation cycles and qualification runs.
Set up, configure, and ensure ongoing validation of environments including systems, firmware, OS, and platform settings.
Analyze validation results, identify failures, and determine next steps including debug and risk assessment.
Develop, extend, and maintain validation test cases, scripts, and automation.
Serve as technical owner for assigned projects, providing mentorship and sharing guidelines across teams.
Typically, a minimum of 5+ years related work experience.

Responsibilities

Specifically perform customer-focused system validation for enterprise SSD products.
Own end-to-end validation for assigned platforms and contribute to planning.
Provide technical guidance without formal management duties.
