ManpowerGroup is seeking a Test Engineer 3 in Longmont, Colorado to join an advanced technology organization focused on validating preproduction SSDs. You will perform hands-on testing, troubleshoot issues, and translate results into actionable engineering insights.

The role requires strong hardware/software testing experience, SSD knowledge, and the ability to support design improvements through data analysis and collaborative problem solving.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of hardware/software testing and validation experience.
• Strong test-case design, execution methodologies, and defect management.
• Experience analyzing test data and producing clear technical reports.
• Familiarity with SSD technology and testing equipment preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaborative communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform testing and validation on preproduction SSDs to ensure product quality, reliability, and functionality.
• Develop, review, and optimize test plans and test cases to improve coverage and efficiency.
• Coordinate testing activities for development, procurement, installation, and calibration of test equipment.
• Define test conditions and manage operational, functional, and performance validation.
• Analyze test data to identify issues and support engineering decisions.
