Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in Electronics, Computer, Systems Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in product, system, validation, or quality engineering.
• Hands-on experience with electrical debugging tools and hardware repair/rework.
• Expertise in board- and component-level failure analysis and signal integrity.
• Ability to interpret schematics and perform board-level analysis.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth electrical diagnostics to isolate component-level failures.
• Collaborate with design and validation teams to replicate anomalies and propose corrective actions.
• Perform electrical and mechanical failure analysis on returned SSDs.
• Generate comprehensive FA reports for internal and external teams.
• Lead customer concerns for RMA cases and ensure timely resolutions.
• Set up and manage debug systems for DOE and error replication.
• Provide technical consultation to customer-facing teams.
• Mentor engineers on the team.
