Micron Technology is seeking a Senior Electrical Failure Analysis Engineer in Longmont, Colorado. Micron’s QRA RMA team is dedicated to ensuring the highest standards of SSD product reliability and performance. We work closely with engineering, business, and customer-facing teams to analyze returned products, resolve technical issues, and drive continuous improvement.
As a Staff Electrical Engineer – SSD Failure Analysis, you will lead formal failure analysis efforts on customer-returned SSDs, identifying root causes at both the electrical and physical levels. You will manage critical RMA cases, produce detailed reports, and serve as a technical liaison to internal and external collaborators. This role is performed onsite daily in the lab.
