You will report to the Nuclear Operations Supervisor in a hybrid work arrangement, with on-site collaboration at our Cranberry Township office and flexible remote work to support global fleet operations and continuous development in a safety‑conscious environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 6 years of applicable experience.
• Reactor Operator License - Nuclear Regulatory Commission.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with plant designers and system engineers to define safe operation of nuclear plants.
• Update control room operating procedures based on integrated plant operations knowledge.
• Validate multiple scenarios in control room simulators before deployment worldwide.
• Support operating fleet and next-generation plants (AP1000s, SMRs, microreactors) for learning and development.
