Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Co in Cranberry Township, PA seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead AP1000® new build opportunities within Global Engineering Services. You will oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, and processes, coordinating with clients and internal teams for successful program delivery.

You will report to the Deputy Project Director of VC Summer and operate in a hybrid model with on-site collaboration at our Cranberry Township office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in project/program management
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with project management software tools (P6, SAP, ARM) and techniques, including Earned Value Management.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans with scope, objectives, timelines and resources.
• Ensure objectives are met on time, within budget and quality standards.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration among team members, customers and vendors.
• Identify risks and mitigate issues to minimize delays and cost overruns.
• Monitor progress, report to stakeholders, and initiate corrective actions.
• Build relationships with clients and partners to promote Westinghouse leadership.
• Assess performance and implement improvements.
• Support business development by participating in bids and tenders.
