Plenful is hiring a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to keep production systems reliable, performant, and scalable as the company grows. You will own production health, define reliability standards, and build feedback loops that improve resilience over time.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SRE or production infrastructure.
• Experience debugging distributed systems in production.
• Hands-on with observability tooling and incident response.
• Familiar with AWS, serverless, containers, and Postgres.
• Coding/scripting ability (Python, Bash).

Responsibilities

• Define and enforce SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets across core services.
• Own production system health: uptime, latency, availability targets.
• Improve resilience and reduce MTTR through automation and tooling.
• Lead on-call rotations, incident triage, and blameless postmortems.
• Design and evolve observability across metrics, logs, tracing, and dashboards.
