Job summary

LaraBench is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to scale its global infrastructure and be an early contributor to our SRE function. You will help design systems that support Laravel Cloud, Nightwatch, and Forge, while promoting a blameless culture and shared reliability ownership.

Responsibilities include architecting multi-region Kubernetes clusters, building automation to reduce toil, and delivering robust observability with Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki.

Qualifications

• Strong Linux and cloud platform experience.
• Hands-on Kubernetes, Docker, and IaC with Terraform.
• Proficiency in scripting with Go, PHP, or Bash.
• Solid understanding of SLO/SLI/SLA concepts and reliability practices.
• Excellent documentation and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Architect and scale multi-region Kubernetes infrastructure.
• Design and implement observability and incident response systems.
• Automate toil to improve software delivery for product teams.
• Partner with product leads and SecOps to share reliability responsibilities.
