Everforth Apex is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to co-own critical production service designs and drive reliability and observability improvements across engineering verticals. You will leverage monitoring and telemetry data to resolve issues, design robust solutions, and build internal tools to make production services safer and more efficient.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Five years of experience in Infrastructure/SRE/DevOps/CloudOps with team leadership.

Aufgaben

• Co‑own critical production service designs to ensure high reliability that is measurable.
• Drive reliability and observability improvements in engineering services.
• Use monitoring and telemetry data to help teams address reliability challenges and design robust solutions.
• Build and improve internal tools and automation to simplify maintaining production services.
• Lead reliability-focused practices such as Failure Analysis, Load/Capacity Planning, Service Reviews, Architecture Designs, and Incident Postmortems.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code for consistent, reproducible environments.
• Create SRE dashboards from SLIs to measure SLO adherence.
• Define auto-healing and fault-tolerant systems.
• Serve as a primary contact for production issues, collaborating with engineering leadership.
