Job summary

UiPath is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for the Site Reliability team. You will design and build SRE platform systems, scale services, and drive reliability across UiPath's AI-powered software ecosystem.

You will own end-to-end delivery, from integration work to adoption, partnering with multiple engineering teams to reduce friction and improve performance. You will ship platforms that others rely on, participate in livesite monitoring and postmortems, and drive architectural decisions to

Qualifications

6+ years of architecting and engineering large-scale distributed applications and services.
Experience building and maintaining AI-powered applications in production.
Proficiency in object-oriented languages (Go, C#, Python) and CS fundamentals.
Familiarity with agile, CI/CD and DevOps practices.
Experience with production Kubernetes infrastructure is a plus.

Responsibilities

Design, engineer, and build SRE platform systems and capabilities with cutting-edge AI, treating them as products used by other engineering teams.
Participate in livesite monitoring rotations, handle escalations, and drive effective mitigations.
Drive availability, scalability, and performance improvements based on livesite learnings; codify best practices into systems.
Ensure reliability, scalability, quality, and performance; drive architectural changes to move the needle.
Onboard other teams by driving outcomes and integrations, not just docs.
Ship early, seek feedback, and iterate; treat user complaints as design input.
Drive task planning, estimation, scheduling, and staffing.
Influence process improvements and engineering best practices.
