Nscale is seeking a senior Site Reliability Engineer to set reliability bars and elevate the whole team. You will own the hardest production challenges, drive the SLO framework, and shape incident processes while mentoring peers and leading critical incidents.

You’ll work close to the metal with Linux, networking, and Kubernetes, and prefer building tools that others use. Expect on-call rotations and impactful architectural decisions that keep systems resilient at scale.

Formación

• 6–10 years in SRE, systems engineering, or software engineering with production ownership at scale.
• Strong software engineering skills (Python, Go, or similar).
• Deep Linux, networking, and distributed systems knowledge.
• Hands-on with Kubernetes and bare-metal or virtualized environments.
• Experience running AI/GPU workloads or HPC.
• Reliability practices: SLOs, observability, alerting, and on-call design.
• A track record as senior voice in incidents and design reviews.

Responsabilidades

• Own reliability for critical production services end to end; set direction and improve stability over time.
• Grow the team and mentor other SREs through design reviews, pairing, and incident debriefs.
• Define and enforce standards: SLO framework, incident process, on-call practices.
• Participate early in design reviews and architecture decisions to build reliability in from the start.
• Lead the toughest incidents and root-cause analyses to prevent recurrences.
• Build tooling and automation to reduce toil across the team.
