Job summary

Drivetrain is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to keep our fast-growing SaaS platform highly available, performant, and secure. You will own multi-cloud infrastructure, champion automation, and drive observability across AWS and GCP, with a strong focus on reliability from code to production.

You will lead scalable Kubernetes deployments, implement service mesh security, and build robust CI/CD pipelines with Git and Jenkins.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on SRE/DevOps or cloud infra experience in SaaS environments.
• Strong Python programming and Terraform IaC experience.
• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and multi-cloud AWS/GCP.
• Solid security practices including zero-trust and RBAC enforcement.
• Experience with observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Git, Jenkins).

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize multi-cloud infrastructure across AWS and GCP.
• Lead design and deployment of scalable Kubernetes clusters.
• Build and enforce CI/CD pipelines and automated testing and security gates.
• Develop automation scripts to reduce operational toil (Python).
• Design and expand observability with Prometheus, Grafana, and log stacks.
• Drive incident management with blameless postmortems and SLOs.
