Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a seasoned SRE/DevOps professional to define and enforce quality gates across the software lifecycle, manage SLOs/SLIs, and drive reliability for large-scale systems. Qualifications

• Formal training or certification with 5+ years supporting critical security-focused applications in large-scale environments.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools and dashboard technologies; certification is a plus.
• Strong SDLC, secure development, and DevOps/CI/CD tooling experience.
• Effective under pressure with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Background checks and enhanced screening prior to employment are required.

Responsibilities

• Define and enforce quality gates across requirements, design, secure coding, testing, and release.
• Establish and manage SLOs/SLIs and error budgets, integrate into roadmaps and DoD.
• Lead operational readiness reviews and root-cause analyses; drive auto-remediation.
• Maintain logging and monitoring platforms; govern CI/CD for security and reliability.
• Lead incident response and post-incident reviews; monitor delivery health and KPIs.
• Oversee capacity planning for large-scale distributed systems and cloud best practices.
