Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in SRE, systems reliability, and performance analysis.
• Strong background in statistical data analysis and data-driven decision making.
• Proficiency in coding in at least one of Python, Perl, SQL, Java, C, or R.
• Ability to provide insightful and well-received technical feedback to teams.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
• Experience with Internet protocols (DNS/HTTP/TLS/TCP) and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead SRE teams with mentorship, feedback, and project coordination.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Product to drive feature adoption.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and reliability challenges using data-driven insights.
• Design and mine data feeds from internal and third-party sources to guide decisions.
• Influence leadership on new technology investments and roadmap priorities.
• Build tools and automation to increase efficiency and reliability of analytics tasks.
