Job summary

Disney Experiences Florida is seeking a Sr Site Reliability Engineer to support Identity & Access Management for Disney Cruise Line applications and architecture. You will collaborate with a small team to develop IAM policies, automation, and governance standards in a secure environment.

The role emphasizes DevOps culture, monitoring, and incident response for large-scale distributed systems, with opportunities to lead technical projects and mentor colleagues.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in site reliability, DevOps, or systems engineering.
• Proficient in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) for enterprise systems.
• Strong knowledge of observability, monitoring, logging, and alerting.
• Hands-on experience with CI tools and configuration management tools.
• Solid understanding of Active Directory and IAM practices.
• Ability to lead technical projects and collaborate with security teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive a DevOps culture by building automation and tooling to improve reliability and observability.
• Design, build, and support secure IAM solutions including RBAC and authentication flows.
• Evaluate and implement privileged access management and access governance tools.
• Automate user provisioning and lifecycle management using CI/CD pipelines.
• Perform systems administration across Windows, Linux, and other platforms with strong security controls.
• Collaborate with Security Operations to maintain secure solutions and vulnerability practices.
• Develop monitoring, telemetry, alerts, and documentation to improve incident response.
• Lead technical projects and mentor colleagues with less experience.
