Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Improve reliability, scalability, and performance of production services.
• Lead incident response, troubleshooting, and post-incident reviews.
• Define and implement SLIs/SLOs, error budgets, and health metrics.
• Enhance monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting capabilities.
