Job summary

Launch Legends Inc. and Autheo are seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer for a part-time equity cofounder role on the Autheo mainnet. You will design and operate the live network, validator/RPC stack, and cloud platform alongside protocol and engineering teams.

You’ll own SLOs, incident response, and automation to reduce toil, with equity in Launch Legends and Autheo and a token allocation in THEO. This role is remote and distributed across 25+ countries.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in cloud, SRE, or DevOps.
• 5+ years operating production workloads on AWS.
• Kubernetes and Terraform experience in production.
• Strong incident response and post-incident reviews.

Responsibilities

• Operate validator, sentry, and RPC infrastructure for Autheo Mainnet.
• Production on AWS with Terraform and Kubernetes.
• Maintain SLOs, incident response processes, and automation to reduce toil.
• Ensure observability via Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, CloudWatch, Datadog.
• Guardkeys and security posture for node keys and service credentials.
