Job summary

GlobalLogic is seeking a senior SRE/Platform Engineer/DevOps leader to drive AI reliability and platform health. You will own SLOs/SLIs, design LLM observability patterns, and mentor junior engineers across product and leadership teams.

You will optimize CI/CD pipelines, promote golden-path templates, and manage high-availability cloud infrastructure in AWS with Terraform and GitOps. Strong communication and strategic thinking are essential.

Qualifications

• Senior or technical leadership experience in SRE, Platform Engineering, or DevOps.
• Deep AWS and multi-region architecture expertise with IaC proficiency.
• Strong observability, automation, and scripting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• AI Reliability & Operations: manage SLOs/SLIs and error budgets for AI pipelines.
• Engineering Enablement: lead SRE liaison, improve CI/CD, promote golden path templates.
• Observability & Service Catalog: maintain Datadog telemetry and catalog architecture.
• FinOps & IaC: oversee Terraform/GitOps deployments and cost optimization in AWS.
• Strategic Growth: mentor engineers and drive reliability initiatives across teams.
