Job summary

Rocket Money is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, SRE to elevate reliability across hundreds of services, processing billions of transactions daily. You will define SLOs/SLIs, own DR planning, and partner with product teams to ensure observable, cost-effective operations.

You will contribute to an advanced observability stack, instrument pipelines, and drive on-call practices with a focus on reducing incident toil while improving user experience at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in cloud or infrastructure engineering with reliability focus.
• Defined production SLIs/SLOs and measured impact.

Responsibilities

• Improve reliability and resiliency of services and systems.
• Establish and review SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets.
• Own disaster recovery strategy, drills, failover, and restoration.
