Zusammenfassung

ClickHouse is expanding its central Site Reliability Engineering team to build reliable, secure cloud infrastructure and scalable distributed systems. You will own incident management, post-mortems, and continuous improvement, collaborating with Control Plane, Data Plane, Core, Security, Support and Operations.

Strong Go/Python skills and cloud expertise are essential for this role. You will drive SLOs/SLAs, optimize monitoring, and lead chaos initiatives while promoting efficiency, availability

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS or related field.
• 8+ years in Site Reliability Engineering or related field.
• Hands-on with Go and/or Python.
• Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Distributed databases and SQL knowledge; ClickHouse is a plus.
• Experience with Kubernetes or Docker Swarm.
• Experience with automation/configuration tools: Ansible, Terraform, Puppet.
• Strong problem solving and production debugging skills.
• Passionate about efficiency, availability, scalability, and data governance.
• Excellent communication and accountability.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to design scalable, secure, highly available systems.
• Establish and manage SLOs/SLAs for ClickHouse Cloud.
• Ensure monitoring and alerting across all infrastructure components.
• Improve incident response and post-mortem analysis.
• Continuously improve reliability and performance of ClickHouse services.
• Plan and drive Chaos initiatives across Engineering teams.
• Manage on-call processes and escalation practices.
