Job summary

Altium Limited, part of the Renesas Group, is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to safeguard the reliability, availability, and performance of our cloud platforms and SaaS offerings. You will automate operations, enhance observability, and lead incident management while collaborating with development teams to build more scalable systems.

You will drive reliability patterns, IaC, and best practices across regions, contribute to post-incident analyses, and participate in on-call rotations

Qualifications

• 6+ years in SRE/DevOps in large-scale environments.
• 3+ years software development experience.
• Proficiency in .NET development.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, microservices, and high-availability architectures.
• Experience with observability tools (NewRelic, ELK, Grafana, PagerDuty, OTEL).
• Production Kubernetes on AWS or similar.
• Experience with CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub, ArgoCD).
• IaC with Terraform and Ansible.
• Basic networking knowledge.
• Experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL databases.

Responsibilities

• Ensure reliability, availability, and performance of large-scale SaaS systems.
• Automate operational tasks and improve observability.
• Contribute to incident management and post-incident reviews.
• Collaborate with development and technology teams to improve resilience.
• Design and implement reliability patterns and IaC practices.
• Lead on-call rotations and drive post-incident improvements.
• Partner with DevOps to streamline deployments and service ownership.
