• 5+ years in site reliability engineering or related role.

Responsibilities

• Own reliability outcomes for cloud services.
• Define SLIs/SLOs and alerting.
• Automate NOC work and provide incident leadership.
• Develop production-grade tooling for diagnosis and recovery.
• Improve CI/CD and GitOps practices.
