Job summary

Qualifications

• Senior Site Reliability Engineer with 10+ years of professional experience.
• Expertise in designing highly available, scalable cloud infrastructure.
• Strong experience with IaC, CI/CD, and observability.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain highly available infrastructure across AWS and Azure.
• Lead SRE initiatives to improve availability, reliability, scalability, and performance across enterprise applications.
• Implement and manage Kubernetes clusters and Docker containers for microservices-based applications.
• Develop IaC solutions using Terraform, CloudFormation, and Ansible.
• Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, and Azure DevOps.
• Establish SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs to measure and improve service reliability.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Splunk, and Datadog.
• Automate provisioning, deployment, and incident response with Python and Shell scripting.
• Lead production incident management, RCA, troubleshooting and problem management to minimize downtime.
• Design HA, DR, backups, and business continuity strategies.
• Improve application performance via capacity planning and tuning.
• Implement centralized logging and distributed tracing for observability.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve reliability and deployment strategies.
• Enforce security best practices, IAM policies, network security, vulnerability management, and compliance.
