• Experience with monitoring, logging, and incident response.

• Designed, implemented, and maintained scalable, highly available infrastructure in AWS and Azure.
• Led SRE initiatives to improve availability and performance for enterprise apps.
• Managed Kubernetes clusters, Docker containers, and orchestration platforms for microservices.
• Developed IaC using Terraform, CloudFormation, and Ansible.
• Implemented CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, and Azure DevOps.
• Established SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs to measure reliability and drive improvements.
• Implemented monitoring and logging with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Splunk, and Datadog.
