TENEX is an AI-native MDR startup seeking a Staff Site Reliability Engineer to design resilient infrastructure for our AI-driven cybersecurity platform. You will automate operations, improve deployment processes, and collaborate across Engineering, Product, and Security to ensure reliability from concept to production.
The role demands 10+ years in SRE/DevOps, strong cloud/Kubernetes expertise, and deep experience with IaC and observability.
Formación
- 10+ years in SRE/DevOps or related field.
- Cloud expertise in AWS, GCP, or Azure with Kubernetes experience.
- Experience with IaC tools such as Terraform or Pulumi.
- Hands-on observability with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog.
- Understanding of microservices and distributed systems.
Responsabilidades
- Design, build, and maintain highly available, scalable infrastructure.
- Develop tooling to automate deployments, incidents, and capacity planning.
- Monitor performance and optimize for low-latency AI workloads.
- Lead incident response, post-mortems, and long-term fixes.
- Manage infrastructure via code across cloud environments (AWS, GCP).
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Security to bake reliability into development.
