Nscale, a GPU cloud built for AI, seeks a career-level SRE to own production systems and tooling. You’ll be in the incident rotation, driving reliability across AI and GPU workloads at scale, and you’ll work to reduce toil and noise while improving service quality.

You’ll partner with Engineering, Networking and Infrastructure to raise the reliability bar, define SLOs/SLIs, build dashboards, automate fixes, and push for faster, quieter operations through code rather than manual work.

Formación

• 3–6 years in SRE, systems engineering, or software engineering with production experience.
• Strong programming skills (Python, Go, or similar) and automation bias.
• Solid Linux, networking fundamentals, and distributed systems knowledge.
• Track record troubleshooting live production issues and owning fixes.
• Fluency with monitoring, logs, dashboards, and alerting.
• Comfort in fast-moving environments with shifting priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Build and own automation and tooling that keeps the platform running; treat toil as a bug to be fixed.
• Define and maintain SLOs, SLIs, and dashboards for service health at a glance.
• Take point during incidents; troubleshoot, perform root cause analysis, and drive post-incident reviews.
• Investigate performance and reliability across Linux, networking, and distributed services and fix at the source.
• Partner with Engineering, Networking, and Infrastructure to raise the reliability bar.
• Improve availability, scalability, and efficiency through code rather than manual effort.
