Job summary

RADAR runs data infrastructure across 1,600+ live retail stores, processing billions of real-world events daily. We’re hiring a Site Reliability Engineer to own reliability end to end—leading incident response, running 24/7 NOC operations, and building observability that catches issues before they hit a store floor.

You’ll be the steady hand during live incidents and help reduce incidents by defining SLIs/SLOs, dashboards, and runbooks while collaborating with engineering, product, and support

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Production Operations with incident response experience.
• Experience running or contributing to a NOC, with shift scheduling and escalation processes.
• Hands-on with observability tooling and defining SLIs/SLOs to drive prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Own the incident management lifecycle end to end: detection, triage, escalation, communication, resolution, postmortem.
• Act as Incident Commander for high severity incidents, coordinating across teams.
• Run daily NOC operations, including 24/7 shift coverage and escalation matrices.
• Coach NOC analysts on triage and escalation, track KPIs like MTTA/MTTR.
• Design observability pipelines and define SLIs/SLOs with engineering and product.
• Build dashboards and alerts to surface signals and reduce noise.
• Facilitate blameless postmortems and track corrective actions to closure.
• Maintain on-call rotations, runbooks, and escalation policies.
