Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior SRAM Engineer, Circuit Design, to join a leader in Telecommunications & Hardware. This remote role focuses on high-performance memory circuit design for advanced tech nodes, collaborating with layout teams and cross-functional partners to meet area, power, and performance targets.

You will contribute to improving design automation flows, data collection and analysis, and overall design quality while advocating robust, efficient SRAM solutions for next-generation

Qualifications

• BS/MS/PhD in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• Minimum 6 years of circuit design experience.
• Proficiency in Perl, Python, and Shell scripting.
• Strong SRAM and memory design knowledge.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Senior SRAM Engineer, Circuit Design to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space.

This role focuses on the design and optimization of high-performance memory circuits for advanced technology nodes. You will work closely with layout specialists and cross-functional engineering partners to deliver robust, efficient designs that meet demanding area, power, and performance targets. The position also contributes to improving design automation flows and methodologies that support data collection, analysis, and overall design quality.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $168,000 – $310,500 annually

Responsibilities

• Design advanced SRAM circuits using leading-edge technology processes
• Optimize circuits for performance, area, and power efficiency
• Collaborate with mask designers to create high-quality, dense layouts
• Verify functionality, electrical integrity, and robustness of designs
• Improve design automation flows and methodologies for data collection and analysis

Qualifications

• BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 6 years of circuit design experience
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Perl, Python, and Shell
• Strong understanding of SRAM and memory design techniques
• Experience in macro and block development
