With 5+ years in database reliability engineering, you will lead automation, capacity planning, and incident response.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years with Microsoft SQL Server, Amazon RDS for SQL Server, Azure SQL, and Azure SQL MI.
• Experience with Agile software development.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain 24/7/365 DEEP&T database infrastructure.
• Design, modernize, and deliver database infrastructure using automation.
• Set architectural direction for database platforms.
• Handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Analyze and deploy fault-tolerant, distributed database infra.
• Plan capacity, release cycles, and right-sizing.
• Provide performance tuning and admin support.
• Develop standards and automation for reliability and security.
• Document thoroughly and participate in on-call rotation.
• Mentor junior team members.
