• Hands-on Always On availability groups support.
• Modernizing database code and schemas incl. legacy SQL.
• ETL development using SSIS and Databricks.
• Collaborating with .NET Core/C# teams.
• CI/CD deployment via Azure DevOps & GitHub.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Cloud-based, high-availability SQL workloads.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize T-SQL queries, procedures, functions, and views.
• Perform performance tuning with indexing and query optimization.
• Modernize SQL components while supporting legacy code.
• Support new features aligned with microservices modernization.
• Collaborate with .NET Core/C# developers for data access.
• Modernize database models for modular, scalable architecture.
• Maintain high availability using Always On availability groups.
• Create migration scripts, ETL logic, and integration via SSIS/Databricks.
• Ensure PCI compliance and data retention rules.
• Share SQL changes through CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and deliver within sprints.
