About the Role

The SQL & ETL Developer will lead development, maintenance, and enhancement of our financial data ecosystem. Responsibilities include designing ETL processes, automating back-office operations, and supporting integration with stakeholders and partners like banks, payroll providers (e.g., ADP), and risk vendors.

Salary Range

$81,000 - $101,000 annually

Key Responsibilities

• Manage custom SQL applications, stored procedures, SSIS packages
• Develop and support ETL workflows using T-SQL, SSIS
• Lead data exchange processes with stakeholders
• Collaborate to deliver scalable data solutions
• Support financial and operational reporting modules
• Advise on database and ETL best practices
• Support financial system integration and KPIs
• Modernize legacy systems with current tech

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IS, or related (or equivalent experience).
Experience: 5+ years SQL Server development, including T-SQL, stored procedures, performance tuning.
Skills: 3+ years SSIS, experience with financial systems, project management, troubleshooting, vendor collaboration, data governance, HTML/XML, ERP, cloud tools, reporting platforms.
