Job summary

• SQF Practitioner certification required or expected.
• HACCP knowledge and experience in meat/food processing.
• Experience with FSMA/USDA-FSIS or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead the SQF System and Food Safety Management System.
• Develop, verify, and maintain HACCP plans for meat snack processes.
• Conduct annual system reviews, validations, and reassessments.
• Oversee internal audits for SQF, GMP, HACCP, and prerequisites.
• Train staff on HACCP, SQF, GMPs, and allergen controls.
