Job summary

BetMGM is seeking a Sr. Business Operations Manager to support the Sportsbook Commercial Performance organization. You will identify opportunities to enhance processes, documentation, controls, and ways of working across Trading, Sportsbook, and related teams to drive efficiency and compliance.

You will lead process-improvement initiatives, map workflows, align stakeholders, and ensure adherence to SOPs and policies while scaling operations with automation and knowledge management.)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Management or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business operations, process improvement, operational excellence, consulting, sportsbook operations, or a related field.
• Experience evaluating and improving operational processes within complex, cross-functional environments.
• Experience developing SOPs, controls documentation, training materials, process maps, and knowledge management frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement opportunities to improve processes, documentation, and operational controls across the sportsbook department.
• Partner with leadership to drive process improvements in Trading, Promotions, VIP, and related functions.
• Lead process-mapping, adoption planning, and measurement of outcomes.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance SOPs, controls docs, and training materials.
• Drive automation opportunities and AI-enabled workflow improvements.
