Job summary

BetMGM is seeking a Sr. Business Operations Manager to support the Sportsbook Commercial Performance organization. This role will identify opportunities to improve processes, documentation, operational controls, and ways of working across the department.

The Sr. Business Operations Manager will partner with leaders across Trading, Sportsbook, and related teams to drive process improvement initiatives, strengthen operational consistency, and help scale the department through improved tools,

Qualifications

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience implementing automation, workflow optimization, or AI-enabled solutions.
Experience supporting compliance, audit, regulatory, or risk management initiatives.
Proven ability to identify inefficiencies and implement practical solutions.
Ability to influence and drive adoption across teams without direct authority.

Responsibilities

Lead process improvement initiatives from assessment through implementation.
Develop, maintain, and enhance SOPs, controls, training materials, and knowledge resources.
Establish and promote consistent ways of working across the organization.
