Job summary

CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking an Architectural Project Manager to guide delivery of complex sports and recreation projects inSavannah, GA; Charleston, SC; or Columbia, SC.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage schedules and budgets, and build strong client partnerships from concept through construction. You will develop WBS, oversee contracts, and drive project documentation while mentoring teams and contributing to CHA's expanding Sports portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Science, Planning, Engineering Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 9 years of building design, construction, or construction management experience.
• 6 years of project management experience.
• Experience with multi-disciplinary teams and construction administration.
• Experience managing client relationships and contract requirements.
• Experience with proposals, project plans, and closeout documents.
• Experience with forecasting, budgeting, revenue, and cash flow.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal development and establish project scopes, schedules, and budgets with design teams.
• Serve as the primary client partner, building trusted relationships and guiding projects from concept to completion.
• Develop project Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and coordinate across architects, engineers, planners, and specialty consultants.
• Manage project schedules, deliverables, approvals, and quality control processes.
• Oversee project financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, revenue, and resources.
• Lead contract administration, consultant coordination, and project documentation through all delivery phases.
• Facilitate project meetings and provide progress updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Support marketing efforts and contribute to growth of CHA's Sports portfolio.
