Job summary

CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager Sports and Recreation to join the Sports Team in Savannah, GA; Charleston, SC; or Columbia, SC. Lead complex projects from concept through construction, collaborating with world-class designers and engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Science, Planning, Engineering Management, or related field required.
• 9+ years building design, construction, or construction management experience; 6+ years project management.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and client relationships; overseeing multiple projects.
• Experience preparing proposals, project plans, change orders, and closeout documents.
• Experience with project accounting: forecasting, budgeting, revenue, cash flow.
• MS Project or Deltek VantagePoint knowledge preferred; Revit/AutoCAD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal development, define scopes, schedules, and budgets with design teams.
• Serve as primary client partner; ensure goals from concept to completion.
• Develop WBS and coordinate across architects, engineers, planners, and consultants.
• Manage project schedules, approvals, and quality control.
• Oversee project financial performance: budgeting, forecasting, revenue, and resources.
• Lead contract administration, consultant coordination, and project documentation.
• Facilitate meetings and provide progress updates to clients and internal teams.
• Support marketing efforts and identify new opportunities in CHA’s Sports portfolio.
