Job summary

CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Technical Architect – Sports + Recreation to join our Sports Team in Atlanta, GA or Boston, MA, overseeing the design of sports venues, team facilities, stadium enhancements, and recreation facilities.

This senior role leads architectural systems and guides project bids while mentoring staff. A Registered Architect license is required; LEED accreditation is preferred. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary experts and drive projects through

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture is required.
15+ years of professional architectural experience are required.
Registered Architect license is required.
LEED accreditation is preferred.
Experience coordinating architectural specifications and design details.

Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of sports and recreational facility projects from design through construction.
Oversee development of architectural systems across project phases to meet performance and regulatory requirements.
Participate in bids and proposals and set project objectives.
Demonstrate design leadership and problem solving to advance project goals.
Prepare 2D and 3D presentations as needed.
Manage client relations and attend meetings as a trusted advisor.
Mentor and coordinate junior staff and project teams.
