Job summary

CHA Consulting, Inc. is hiring an Architectural Project Manager to lead sports and recreation projects across Savannah, GA; Charleston, SC; and Columbia, SC. You will guide complex, high-profile projects from concept through construction, collaborating with top designers and engineers to deliver iconic spaces.

You will mentor teams, grow client partnerships, and drive excellence while managing scope, schedule, and budget. Travel to project sites is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Science, Planning, Engineering Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 9 years of building design/construction experience with 6 years in PM.
• Experience managing multiple projects and client relationships.
• Experience with proposals, project plans, and closeout documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal development, define scopes, schedules, and budgets with design teams.
• Serve as primary client partner to achieve project goals from concept to completion.
• Develop WBS and coordinate across architects, engineers, planners, and consultants.
• Manage project schedules, approvals, and quality control for delivery.
• Oversee project financials including budgeting, forecasting, revenue, and cash flow.
• Lead contract administration, consultant coordination, and documentation.
• Facilitate project meetings and provide progress updates to clients and stakeholders.
• Support marketing and identify opportunities to grow CHA's Sports portfolio.
