Job summary

Nike Inc. is seeking a Supply & Inventory Planner for North America to drive end-to-end planning, analytics and cross-functional coordination. You will partner with Planning, Marketplace Supply Chain and Merchandising to ensure on-time delivery and optimal inventories.

The role emphasizes disciplined execution, stakeholder communication and the ability to turn data into actionable insights within planning guardrails. This is an on-site Beaverton, OR position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.
• Relevant experience in supply and inventory planning, demand planning, supply chain operations, analytics or a related field is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work with large data sets, identify trends and translate information into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and formulas. Experience with SAP, Power BI, Enterprise AI tool sets, Tableau, Alteryx, Cognos or similar planning and analytics platforms is a plus. Familiarity with SQL, Python, data automation and AI-enabled workflows is beneficial.
• Effective written, verbal and visual communication skills, with the judgment to manage multiple priorities, resolve routine issues and elevate higher-impact risks when needed.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end supply and inventory planning for an assigned North America business segment.
• Work within established strategies and planning guardrails to execute core planning activities, analyze performance, develop recommendations and partner across teams.
• Monitor performance and inventory positions, identify risks and opportunities, and propose actions within planning parameters.
• Use reports and dashboards to track delivery performance, inventory productivity and other core measures, translating findings into updates for business partners.
• Partner with Planning, Marketplace Supply Chain, Merchandising and Global Supply Planning to align on inventory status and delivery expectations.
• Investigate operational issues, coordinate solutions to routine challenges and elevate complex decisions with clear context and recommendations.
