Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to analyze large data sets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and formulas.
• A self-starter who can navigate ambiguity and escalate higher‑impact risks when needed.

Responsibilities

• Support seasonal assortment planning and in‑season business management for Converse Direct across North America and Western Europe.
• Build clear business narratives by contextualizing reporting and accelerating execution against priorities.
• Partner with merchandising to communicate key results and align on forecasts.
• Manage risks and opportunities across top franchises and translate insights into actions.
• Evolve pre‑season, in‑season, and hindsight reporting for the direct business.
• Support planning targets for consumer demand, revenue, margin, and inventory across geographies and channels.
