Note: The position offers a 10% yearly bonus and a referral bonus of $1000.

Job Description:

A Sr. Splunk Engineer operates independently, leading project delivery to provide value to customers. They maintain mastery in their capabilities, develop future pathways, execute tasks per scope, and lead a team of engineers. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, as they interact regularly with clients and team members.

Impact:

• Execute tasks independently and follow SOPs.
• Lead client discussions to understand needs.
• Mentor and review work of junior engineers.
• Serve as escalation point for complex issues.
• Document progress and issues clearly.
• Build strong client relationships.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively.
• Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.

Requirements:

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI poly.
• Splunk Core and ITSI certifications.
• Splunk Certified Architect/Consultant.
• Experience with Splunk SOAR, security certifications, and operating in classified environments.
• Bachelor's degree or 8+ years related experience.
• Strong Linux, scripting, troubleshooting, and reporting skills.
• Experience in SOC, governance, compliance, and leadership.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to travel.
