Job summary

BRR Architecture in Dallas, TX seeks an experienced Architect to write and edit specifications for diverse projects, coordinating with in-house teams, consulting engineers, and vendors.

The ideal candidate has a NAAB accredited degree, 8+ years of experience, licensure, and proficiency with MasterSpec, SpecLink Cloud and MS Office; capable of managing multiple projects and mentoring staff.

Qualifications

• A NAAB accredited degree in Architecture is preferred.
• 8+ years of related experience required.
• Professional licensure, CDT certification and CSI membership preferred.
• Knowledge of building codes and construction techniques.

Responsibilities

• Develop project manuals using MasterSpec, SpecLink Cloud and Word.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Coordinate manual efforts across disciplines.
• Review drawings for complete, coordinated specifications.
• Support continual improvement and sustainability goals.
• Mentor emerging professionals and share knowledge.
