Job summary

Alliant Credit Union in Chicago is seeking a hybrid role focused on sourcing and analyzing loan opportunities for investment and owner-occupied commercial properties, including warehouse financing structures. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Finance, Accounting, Management or related field.
• Experience in commercial lending/credit analysis.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and maintain lending relationships with commercial mortgage bankers and specialty lenders in the designated geography.
• Originate and close loans that comply with MBL credit standards from specialty lenders and mortgage bankers.
• Conduct preliminary reviews of bridge and permanent loan opportunities as well as warehouse line opportunities.
• Prepare materials for initial credit presentations to advance transactions through underwriting.
• Collaborate with commercial lending underwriters to ensure accuracy and completeness of loan submittals.
