Job summary

BOK Financial is seeking a Specialty Asset Manager II to oversee a complex portfolio of non-financial assets, including life insurance, minerals, notes, mortgages, real estate, and closely-held businesses, across the United States.

You will collaborate with Account Officers and Portfolio Managers, review governing documents and valuations, and help provide comprehensive solutions to sophisticated customer needs.

Qualifications

• This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree and 6 - 8 years of related experience or 10 -11years equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Work with tangible personal property, life insurance and closely held business having knowledge of contracts, leases, title instruments, and other legal documents.
• Review financial performance, governing documents and ensure accuracy.
• Work closely with Trust Officers, vendors and subject matter experts to review, value and gather data.
• Provide expertise in new and existing business related to specialty assets.
• Knowledge and guidance on fiduciary practices and responsibilities.
• Perform administrative duties for Irrevocable Life Insurance Trusts.
