Job summary

BOK Financial Corporation in Tulsa, Oklahoma is seeking a Specialty Asset Manager III to oversee a complex portfolio of non-market assets nationwide. The role requires independent work with Account Officers, Portfolio Managers, and external professionals to deliver sophisticated solutions.

You will lead or support multiple long- and short-term projects, possibly supervising junior staff, and ensuring fiduciary practices, contracts, leases, and applicable laws are followed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 9–11 years related experience, or 13+ years equivalent work experience.
• Expert fiduciary practices, responsibilities and procedures.
• Expert knowledge of contracts, leases, and title documents.
• Thorough knowledge of asset management functions for specialty assets (life insurance, closely-held businesses, notes, mortgages).
• Thorough knowledge of applicable laws (real estate, consumer lending, life insurance or business law).
• Working knowledge of Trust Law.
• Proficient PC skills (word processing, spreadsheets).
• Strong written and oral presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain a portfolio of non-financial specialty assets across the US.
• Provide administrative support and data review.
• Regularly use Excel and Microsoft tools to process data.
• Review accounts to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
