Job summary

BNY is seeking a Senior Specialist, Instruction Capture (Operations) to join Fund and Investor Solutions in Lake Mary, Florida. You will support day-to-day processing, ensure timely execution and maintain strong controls.

You will review performance metrics, identify issues and drive improvements, collaborating across teams to strengthen risk management. The role emphasizes front-to-back process knowledge and the ability to lead initiatives without formal management lines.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of experience in Financial Services Operations.
• Experience in Instruction Capture, Fund Accounting, or related operational domains.
• Experience across: Instruction Capture in Equities, Fixed Income, and Derivatives.
• Front-to-back trade lifecycle processes, from execution through capture, enrichment, and downstream processing.
• ETF or Mutual Fund lifecycle, including orders, baskets, NAV impact, and processing flows.
• Reconciliation, Exception Management, Root Cause Analysis.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
